Nick Peace is Head of Corporate Development at Planet Innovation, a leading health tech innovation business. He has over 20 years of experience in building and scaling tech and health tech companies, both from an operational and investor background.
Nick was previously the Head of Corporate Development at Aconex, a global leader in software for the construction, infrastructure, and resources sectors. Whilst at Aconex, he led multiple significant acquisitions, strategic partnerships and ‘go to market’ initiatives and was a key member of the transaction team that negotiated Aconex’s eventual acquisition by Oracle for US$1.1B. He was also an early team member at Starfish Ventures, a leading Australian venture capital firm, where he led successful investments in tech (Audinate – ASX), cleantech (Energy Response – acquired by Enel X) and health care (Protagonist Therapeutics – NSDQ, Murigen – acquired by CSL).
Nick holds an MBA with Distinction from INSEAD, a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Melbourne.
