If your system is labeled 120V-240V or you have thick wiring with wire nuts as shown, your system is mains powered. ZEN can only be used with low voltage systems. If you’re unsure, please contact your home automation provider or HVAC installer.

If you are able to set different set point temperatures for different areas of your home, you have a multi-zone system. ZEN allows you to specify one set point only.

If you have electric heaters running along the baseboard (skirting board) of your rooms, your system is not compatible with ZEN.
